Instagram frame purchasing FAQ

• Who is selling the frames? Shouldn’t you be working on my custom order?

  -Hi! I’m Haleigh. I am Rett’s youngest daughter. It isn’t uncommon to have miscuts and finishes that didn’t quite work out with the painting. It is also important for the creative process to experiment with new designs and finishes. I am simply taking these already made frames and selling them online, so more people have access to his incredible work.

• How do you participate?

  -It is pretty simple once you get the hang of it. We will announce the frame drop 12-24 hours before informing you of the start time. Once a frame is posted you can join by commenting on the photo. After five minutes we will choose a name, and that person will have the opportunity to purchase the frame.

• My name was picked! What do I do now?

  -We will contact you typically within 48 hours via direct message or through email. If you are a returning customer, we will send an invoice once we get your order packed.

• When will I receive the frame?

  -We will ship it typically within a week as long as the requested information is provided, and payment is received.

• I didn’t like the frame I received. Can I return it?

  -On damaged frames we do our best to show imperfections on the original post, so you are fully aware of what you are purchasing. There are few exceptions, however, such as misinformation on our part. Please reach out to us if you have any problems.

• Do you ship outside of the United States?

  -We don’t for the time being.

• How do you choose the names?

  -We use an online random number generator to select the winner. When the same person is chosen on several different frames, we promise that isn’t us being unfair. They are just lucky!

• Can I order a replica of one of the frames for the same price?

  - Yes, you can order a replica of most finishes. Occasionally we post one that is too much of an experiment to be replicated. Most of the time, however, that is not a problem. The price will not be the same. Sometimes it may be more and sometimes it may be less. I use a different formula on readymade frames.

• If I order a replica through Instagram, is it still free shipping?

  - No. Free shipping is something we only offer on original frame posts.
